BOOST wins award for social engagement - Foundation P&V
BOOST wins award for social engagement
At the annual Decavi Life Insurance Awards ceremony on 22 October, P&V Group received a record of six awards! The Group received the Brokers’ Trophy and was also recognised for its pension solutions, its VITY prevention app, its sustainability efforts, and its social engagement project BOOST.
P&V Group volunteers give youth organisations a BOOST
P&V Group received an award for its social engagement through its BOOST volunteering programme. Through BOOST, P&V Group employees volunteer their professional expertise for nine months to support social organisations from the P&V Foundation’s network. These organisations all work with and for young people and often benefit from additional support in areas such as communication, marketing, project management, crowdfunding, HR and legal matters.
The initiative was launched in 2015 and continues to grow. In 2026, BOOST had its most successful edition to date, with 58 colleagues supporting 14 organisations. The programme enables P&V Group employees to contribute to society while also developing personally and professionally. Moreover, their interactions with the organisations offer fresh perspectives on society, diversity and inclusion.
2026, International Year of Volunteers
In 2026, the UN is putting volunteering in the spotlight with the International Year of Volunteers for Sustainable Development. At the P&V Foundation, this international momentum is translated into very concrete action. Alongside BOOST, we are also actively involved in Move2Impact.
Two complementary ways of getting involved, with one shared goal: to provide sustainable support to youth organisations and contribute to a more inclusive society.
What’s next?
On 19 November, we will hold the closing event for BOOST 2026, and on 26 January 2027, we will launch BOOST 2027!
The second edition of Move2Impact will take place on 10 March 2027. Together with our BOOST organisations, we will once again take part in this solidarity relay race.
